One dimensional second-order distributed feedback (DFB) lasers consisting of polystyrene (PS) films doped with a perylenediimide laser dye, deposited over dichromated gelatine (DCG) photoresist layers with solvent resistant relief gratings recorded by holographic lithography, are reported.
