Development of control units for electric car
Development of ECUs (Electronic Control Units) for automobile.
To develop a central communications management node for the electric vehicle and for two ECUs (Engine Control Units) for all the elements located at the front and rear parts of the electric vehicle.
In this project control units for the electric car were developed, mainly for use in the urban environment.
In particular, Tekniker has developed a central communications management node of the vehicle. This node, also known as Gateway, enables linking up and transferring information between all the communications buses (power train, Body, BMS, Infotainment, and so on), manages the power supplies for all the ECUs of the vehicle and undertakes additional functions such as the management of access to the vehicle or the control of its folding.
Besides this main development, Tekniker is responsible for the development of two other ECUs: Front ECU and Rear ECU and responsible for the management of all the elements located at the front and rear parts of the electric vehicle.
