We are looking for someone to join IK4-TEKNIKER’s Automation and Control team on a permanent basis. The team’s mission is focused on developing unique and highly technological projects, especially in the coordination and commissioning phases, with a firm commitment to fulfilling customer requirements.

We are looking for someone with a postgraduate qualification (preferred) or degree in automation and control or electronic engineering, and with at least 5 years of professional experience in the commissioning of machines and equipment onsite at the customer or in technical support services for complex equipment. Proficiency in English required, with Basque and other languages highly valued.

To ensure the necessary technical overview, the person must have advanced knowledge of PLC programming (structured language), robots and high-level programming. As well as practical experience with PLCs and Motion Control systems (Beckhoff, Siemens, B&R, etc.).

To apply their knowledge and experience in commissioning, the person must demonstrate strong coordination, delegation and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to empathize, build relationships, and sustain interest in achieving the objectives set.
