IK4-TEKNIKER is looking for an engineer with a master’s degree in related technical field with computer science, electrical or mechanical engineering, physics, mathematics, and others in the frame of DIGIMAN4.0*, a Marie Sklodowska Curie project.

The selected person will join the Autonomous and Intelligent Systems Unit team of IK4-TEKNIKER in the development of the project and will enrol in a Doctoral programme leading to the award of a doctoral degree by the University of Zaragoza (Spain) to study Deep Learning algorithms in Industry 4.0; Quality Control for real time machine vision.

Eligibility criteria include that, at the time of the recruitment (expected July 2019):

  • The Early Stage Researcher (ESR) must not have resided or carried out his/her main activity (work, studies, etc.) in Spain for more than 12 months in the 3 immediate prior years.
  • Candidates must be in the first four years of their research career and have not been awarded a doctoral degree.
