At the beginning of the nineties, TEKNIKER was one of the first laboratories authorised by the RELE (Spanish Testing Laboratory Network) to calibrate dimensional measurement elements and patterns. Subsequently, and always among the first, it has attained all the ENAC certifications that fully guarantee the traceability of its internal processes (“Quality accreditations and Certifications”).

In addition, the TEKNIKER dimensional metrology services are endorsed by the centre’s capacity to design and develop the most advanced metrology equipment, proof of which is the auto-supplying of an interferometer to calibrate the large pattern holds and step gauges, along with the numerous projects in conjunction with the Spanish Metrology Centre (CEM), the leading laboratory in Spain.

The laboratory fundamentally provides:

• Pattern calibration, measurement equipment and installations.
• Advice on designing, developing and optimising calibration plans.
• Integral management of the calibration plan.
• Outsourcing of calibration (telemanagement).
• Three-dimensional measurement of any type of workpiece, from small components to large structures.
• Calibrating and checking machine-tools.
