Tekniker-IK4 and Ideko-IK4 hold innovation conferences in Brazil
"Innovation and Technological Transfer in Industrial Products and Processes" was the title of the conferences held by Tekniker-IK4 and Ideko-IK4 in Brazil, on the 25th and 26th of November, in the Industrial area of Joinville, in response to an invitation from the company Brasilmatics.
Large companies in the manufacturing, forging and machining sector, such as Tupy, Embraco, Schultz and Wetzel; and the Education Company Sociesc attended the conferences. The event took place in the "Serviçio Nacional de Aprendizagem Industrial" (SENAI) auditorium, it was a good opportunity to learn about an industrial reality, which is booming and open to technological innovations which could contribute to the European Technology Centres.
Over the two days that the conferences were held, it was possible to look at the technological proposals made by Tekniker-IK4 and Ideko-IK4 regarding:
- Technological Watch,
- Product Life Cycle,
- Measurement solutions,
- Detection and elimination of vibrations,
- Trends in manufacturing processes,
- Production Organisation,
- Improvement in manufacturing processes,
- Increase in benefits in machining processes,
- Monitoring of processes (practical milling application by Brasilmatics),
- Monitoring of production plants.
After the event, visits were made to some of the major participating companies that were interested in the application of some of the technology presented and in the improvement of their manufacturing processes.
