Vigilancia Tecnológica

The "Cheque +Innova" programme is aimed at promoting actions that can be implemented quickly and will have an immediate impact on the competitiveness of businesses, through subsidies.

IK4-TEKNIKER has had three of its services approved by SPRI: Surveillance, Cooperation and Innovation, meaning that through the "Cheque +Innova" programme offered by the development agency, SMEs can implement these services using non-repayable subsidies that cover 75% of the total cost of the project.

The services offered by IK4-TEKNIKER are outlined below:

Strategic surveillance

Advice on the implementation of a Strategic Surveillance System based on low-cost or free web tools.

The aim of implementing a system of this kind is to establish an organised, selective and systematic process for gathering information from both inside one's own organisation and the outside world and then selecting, analysing, disseminating and communicating it in order to turn it into knowledge. In this way, decisions can be made with a lower degree of risk and the company can anticipate any changes that occur in its organisation.

Identification of opportunities and staholders of interest

The aim here is to identify potential partners in the technological field and market opportunities.  The aim is also to make meetings more dynamic, so that the company can exchange experiences with the selected stakeholder in order to generate new cooperation opportunities.

The expected results and benefits are reflected in diversification opportunities and key opportunity stakeholders.

Radical product/process innovation through TRIZ

Radical product/process innovation through TRIZ consists of developing new products/processes and/or solving technical problems by applying TRIZ (the Inventive Problem Solving Theory).

By implementing this service, the company will be trained in the Inventive Problem Solving Theory (TRIZ), thereby enabling the development of new products and/or processes.

Applications should be submitted between 15 June and 7 September
