In this case a system that helps to programme industrial robots using a manual guiding system, as well as the 3D artificial sights system, has been developed to obtain trajectories with precision.

The robot combines a device, situated on one of its axles, to allow its guiding in a natural manner, together with the 3D vision system that allows precise trajectories to be obtained. This type of programming solution is of great interest for those processes where there is no CAD for the part that allows off-line programming and as an alternative to the point to point programming for welding, laser, cladding, painting operations, etc.
