We have got a crisis on our hands. To guarantee our survival, we must sell to farther countries, introduce new products, re-invent our businesses... in short; we must try hard, and innovate.

Successful innovation is not an easy job, above all in times of uncertainty. It can only be achieved if we implement a system allowing us to understand the changes in our environment and to react faster than our competitors.

Technological Watch and Competitive Intelligence are methods that enable us to act proactively, while providing us with systematic information on the strategic and technological changes that occur in the market. They further permit us to discover new allies capable of helping us with our change processes.

In applying those methods, we shall be able to strengthen our current product/service improvement strategy, and even to diversify our products/markets, winning new business opportunities.

Also in collaboration with TEKNIKER-IK4 we shall offer the 3rd Edition of Basic TW-CI Training/Workshop on 2 and 3 March 2009.
